Breaking News: ED Approves Pre-Acquisition for Idaho-University of Phoenix Deal

A source at the US Department of Education has told the Higher Education Inquirer that the Pre-Acquisition Review for the Idaho-University of Phoenix deal has been completed and that ED has approved of the sale. Whether the University of Idaho will need to post a substantial Letter of Credit is unknown to us.
